Who's behind the logo?

I am a friendly man named 'Charles Edwarde'. I am based in Bromley located in South East London. Over the years I have spoken to many people who have expressed concern that there is little quality support and training for home computer users.

With these comments in mind I decided to leave the daily commute into the city behind and help people closer to home.
