Who's behind the logo?

My name is 'Charles Edwarde'. I am based in Blackheath located in South East London. I have more than a decades worth of experience gained training MS Windows and supporting computers in large city corporate environments. Over the years I have spoken to many people who have expressed concern that there is little quality support and training for the home computer user.

With these comments in mind I decided to leave the daily commute into the city behind and help people closer to home.
